Q: How much does Surround Art Gallery delivery cost?
A: The shipping fee is included in the cost of your purchase when delivery is to be made to any of the countries listed on our Shipping Policy page. There are no hidden fees in this regard. Should you reside anywhere outside of the countries in this list, we can still deliver artwork to you – but we will need to provide you with a custom quote. 
Remember that we strive to always provide our customers with the safest, most secure, and most convenient ways to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible. However, quality takes time – so we appreciate your patience in this regard. Once we receive your order and payment, please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to produce your Fine Art print. Once the preparation time is fulfilled, you will receive details on the expected delivery time along with a tracking link.
Q: How long will it take to receive my artwork?
A: Most deliveries take around three weeks from the date of purchase, including production and delivery. However, this may take longer for locations not included in our standard delivery list. Fine Art Sculptures are shipped separately, and delivery times depend on whether the sculpture has already been produced or is pending production.
Q: How do I install my Fine Art print?
A: All Surround Art Gallery wall art comes equipped with a convenient hanging system to ensure a swift and simple installation process. There are only two steps involved:
  1. Depending on the print size, insert 2 to 5 screws into the wall where you wish to showcase your precious artwork. Two is best for art sized up to 100cm x 150cm (40” x 60”) while five is ideal for longer prints of 200cm. When inserting the screws into the wall, maintain an even space between each screw and ensure they are not wider apart than the open section of the back frame’s upper bar.
  2. While resting the upper bar’s lip on the screw heads, gently hang your artwork and ensure the screw heads are adjusted to the lip. You can achieve this by gently pulling the picture down to ensure it doesn’t come off of the wall.
Q: How does the delivery of Fine Art Sculpture work?
A: Delivery of Fine Art Sculptures is always separate. Once you’ve made your purchase, we’ll send you the details – or you can email prior to completing your purchase to receive the details beforehand. 
Q: In what package will my artwork order be delivered?
A: All of the artworks are made to measure and delivered in secure art packaging. Our top priority is getting your order to you securely and without damage – decorative purposes are not important when compared with the safe delivery of your artwork. If you are buying artwork as a gift and would like us to ensure the packaging has a decorate presence, please send your request in writing to (applicable to sculpture purchases only).
With the exception of alternative agreements, your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided when you placed your order. If you won’t be available to accept delivery, please bring this to our attention as soon as possible – you’ll receive a message prompting you to contact the courier and arrange a more suitable delivery date.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please always check your delivery before the courier representative leaves your property. If you find any damages or exposed portions of artwork upon inspection, please refuse the delivery and take photographs. For fast processing, please send these to us as soon as possible via email to
In the unfavorable event that you have already accepted the order and discovered the damage later, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. Be sure to keep the unused artwork in its original packaging if you need to initiate a return process.
    Q: How can I keep my Fine Art Photography clean?
    A: Never use anti-dust brushes which can scratch the surface and cause irrevocable damage. Also avoid harsh cleaning chemicals on your artwork, like glass cleaning products for acrylic mounting. We strongly recommend you dust your picture gently using a soft, dry cloth that is lint-free. Microfiber cloths for lenses work extremely well.
    If you wish to remove a stubborn spot of dirt, dust, or grime, only use a photo lens cleaner – and only on the spot itself. Do not unnecessarily scrub clean areas. What’s more, remember that there is no need to apply excess pressure when wiping the surface – this could cause irreversible damage.     Q: How does Fine Art Photography print look like?
    A: The photograph is enclosed in glossy 5mm acrylic glass, coupled with aluminum DIBOND® backing. When it comes to the photograph itself, we print on the highest quality paper with a high refractive index matched only by the exquisiteness of its genuine silver particles. This way, your photograph will forever reflect external light sources to unearth the brightest and most saturated details of your Fine Art piece.
    In terms of quality, style, and preservation, you can expect nothing short of exceptional, accompanied by the convenience of an included hanging system that allows you to effortlessly install your Fine Art on any wall yourself.
    Q: How do I calculate the weight of my Fine Art photography?
    A: 40” x 60” Fine Art photography weights approximately 33 lbs. (15 kg). You can use this as a benchmark to calculate the respective weight of other Fine Art photographs.
    Q: I have an issue with my order. How do I make contact with Surround Art Gallery?
    A: For rapid support, please send your request or concern to While we always strive to respond within one business day, time zone differences may mean that the time at which you contact us may not coincide with our working hours.     Q: How does your refund policy work?
    A: For full details on how refunds work with Surround Art Gallery, please visit our Refund Policy page. For now, here is a quick rundown: You may inspect the quality of your artwork and, if you need to initiate a return, let us know within five (5) days of receipt if anything is damaged. No orders will be eligible for refund or exchange after this 5-day timeframe – which should be plenty of time for you to inspect your delivery and make a decision. Please notice - the returns meet 15% Restocking Fee. The only exception is the return due to damage of the package or item itself that is revealed in the moment of delivery. In this case, you should refuse the delivery.   In other words, if damage is noted in the presence of the courier who can vouch for the compromised delivery, this cost will not apply.
    For return eligibility, all artwork must be its unused condition and contained in its original packaging.
