Return policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 5 calendar days from the date of the delivery. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 5 days has lapsed, we can't offer you a refund.
  • If order arrived damaged - take photos of damages, refuse a delivery, send us a notice with pictures attached, we will take care about refund or replacement
  • Order cancelation is possible before it goes to production (usually 1 day after purchase). For PayPal operated orders there is a 3,9% cancelation or return Fee that is nonrefundable after the purchase has been placed
  • If you changed your mind or found some issues with your order - request a return within 5 days after delivery
  • If you want to exchange your order - send us a return request within 5 days after delivery, then order a new artwork
  • Please note that all expenses related to returns are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of items that arrive damaged or packages that are exposed. This fact should be revealed in the presence of delivery person and properly documented. You should not accept this delivery.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
 - Product is defective
 - Product must be unopened
 - Product must be in original packaging
 - Product must be unused
 - Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged in original boxes so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
