Returns
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. Before returning the item(s), you must contact us by email to request a Return Form. This form will include all necessary instructions for your return.
The item(s) you return must be presented in its original, saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. Take care to return any certificates that accompany the item, as neglecting to do so will render you liable for a $250 replacement cost.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Surround Art & Diamonds will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
